März 2004 bezüglich Flüge nach Polen:
"4.7. International VFR flights
4.7.1. The regulations for VFR flights are applicable
for international flights. In addition:
a) flight plan is required;
b) arrivals and departures of aircraft on international flights
are allowed to/from aerodromes listed in point 8.5 of this Bulletin
only.
Note 1: The estimated elapsed time
(EET) of boundary crossing given in the filed flight plan must
not differ from the real crossing time by more than 10 minutes.
Note 2: Detailed information on aerodromes
accessible for international flights within FIR Warszawa are available
in NOTAMs, Supplements to AIP Poland and AIP Poland.
4.7.2.
Civil aircraft carrying out international VFR flights are not
permitted to land at any aerodrome not listed in point 8.5, except
cases of emergency making safe and conforming to the regulations
flight continuation impossible or when special landing clearance
has been obtained.
4.7.3.
The other aerodromes may be made available for aircraft carrying
out international flights only in exceptional cases:
a) when a landing at such aerodrome is ordered by the ATS unit;
b) when there is a necessity of forced landing;
c) after obtaining clearance from aviation authority.
4.7.4.
Non-commercial non-scheduled flights of foreign civil aircraft
do not require special permission to enter FIR Warszawa airspace,
on condition that the aircraft is registered in an ICAO State.
If this condition is not met, application for entry permission
shall be submitted to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, at least
30 days before planned take-off.
4.7.5. At certain domestic aerodromes, customs and
immigration service is available on request, but only after direct
co-ordination with aerodrome management. Such co-ordination
must be carried out prior intended flight with advancement as specified
in AIP Poland (AD 2) for respective aerodromes.
4.7.6.
Flights of foreign civil aircraft to state aerodromes, excluded
from international traffic may be carried out only after obtaining
clearance from Civil Aviation Office (CAO). " |
